What started as a mission became a reality.  Luis Enrique Montemayor, former educator and entrepreneur opened PLCC Child Care Center now: PLCC Montessori Bilingual Instituteon May 17, 2004.  The biggest reason for initiating the mission was in observance of the necessity seen in the community and offering an educational system that at the moment no child care center was offering in the area.  

 

One of the objectives of Mr. Montemayor was to introduce an innovative educational program, great service to children & parents as well as a state of the art facility. 

  

With this in mind, our motive was created by having present that we can only create better communities and institutions if we as adults give a solid education to our children based on a Definite Purpose, Self-Confidence, Initiative & Leadership, Imagination, Action, Enthusiasm, Self-Control, Act of Service, Attractive Personality, Accurate Thought, Concentration, Tolerance, Failure, Cooperation & The Golden Rule.(Napoleon Hill)  With this objectives and support of our teachers, mentors, parents, children and community, we continue with the mission that once was planted.  With this in mind we determined to analyze other horizons and once again introduce an educational system that at the moment no one offers:

 

The Montessori Educational Method.  Based on studies conducted, The Montessori Method is one of the most prestigious educational systems worldwide with phenomenal results in the children and its community. As we took the decision to implementing this educational method, we reiterate our mission which is to bring the best educational systems at the same time be the only ones to have a Montessori School in our area.  

 

Furthermore, we made it a goal to do extensive cutting edge remodeling to our facility which goes hand in hand with our Montessori Educational System.  We are now PLCC Montessori Bilingual Instituteprepared for new challenges, being able to offer our service while maintaining our mission that was planted many years ago, that is still alive and will continue to give fruits forever if we maintain attentive in base of the demand the our community with the purpose of always giving the best of us.

Lo que inicio como una misión se convirtió en una realidad.  Luis Enrique Montemayor, pedagogo y empresario actual, abrió PLCC Child Care Center ahora: PLCC Montessori Bilingual Instituteel 17 de mayo de 2004.  

 

La razón más grande de iniciar esta misión fue a consecuencia de ver una necesidad en la comunidad para ofrecer un sistema de aprendizaje que al momento no se realizaba por ninguna guardería del área.  

 

Con esto en mente, uno de los objetivos del Maestro Montemayor era introducir programas innovadores en pedagogía infantil al igual que dar el mejor servicio a los niños/as - padres de nuestra comunidad con instalaciones vanguardistas. 

 

 De esta manera se forma nuestra premisa en tener muy presente que sólo pueden mejorar nuestras comunidades e instituciones si nosotros como adultos brindamos una educación sólida a nuestros hijos basada en Propósitos Definidos, Auto Confianza, Iniciativa y Liderazgo, Imaginación, Acción, Entusiasmo, Auto Control, Servir, Personalidad Atractiva, Concentración Precisa, Tolerancia, Fracaso, Cooperación y La Regla de Oro.(Napoleon Hill)  Con estos objetivos y apoyo de nuestras maestras, mentores, padres de familia, nuestros niños y nuestra comunidad seguimos llevando a cabo la misión que en un momento se sembró.  

 

En base a todo esto determinamos analizar otros horizontes y de nuevo introducir algo a nuestra comunidad que por el momento nadie ofrece:

 

El Sistema de Aprendizaje Montessori.  En base a estudios realizados, el sistema Montessori es uno de los sistemas de más prestigio a nivel mundial con resultados fenomenales en los niños/as y su comunidad.  Al tomar la decisión de implementar este método de aprendizaje volvemos a reiterar nuestra misión de mantenernos en dar a nuestra comunidad los mejores sistemas de aprendizaje y a la vez en ser los únicos en tener una escuela Montessori en nuestra área. 

 

 Nos hicimos el propósito de llevar a cabo una remodelación extensa vanguardista que va de la mano con nuestro sistema de aprendizaje Montessori.  De esta forma nos convertimos en  ser ahora PLCC Montessori Bilingual Institutepreparados para nuevos retos y entusiasmados en poder ofrecer nuestro servicio llevando acabo la misión que hace muchos años se sembró, que aún sigue viva y seguirá dando fruto por siempre si nos mantenemos atentos en base a las necesidades de nuestra comunidad con el propósito de siempre dar lo mejor de nosotros.
